JIMBO SALGADO
Jimbo Salgado is a Filipino comic book artist and animator currently living in Manila, Philippines.
Jimbo attended the University of the East where he studied a BSc in Fine Arts and majored in Advertising. Jimbo began his career in the Animation industry during his studies in 1998, and has worked for many animation studios across television and film, such as; ToonCity Animation Inc, Topdraw Animation Inc, Philippine Animation Studios Inc, Data Quest Animation Inc, Philippine Animation Studio Inc., and ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation.
Jimbo first debuted in the comic industry in 2010 as a interior artist for DC’s, ‘Batman Unhinged’, and has since worked as a comic artist for a variety of publishers, such as; Zenescope Entertainment, Image Comics, Titan Comics, Valiant Entertainment, Boom Studios, Dynamite Publishing, AWA Studios, and IDW Publishing. Titles that Jimbo has worked on as a comic artist include; ‘Grimm Fairy Tales’, ‘Judge Dredd: City Limits’, ‘The Transformers: More than Meets the Eye’, ’Team 7 #0’, and most recently, ‘The Last Spartan: Red Tape’, amongst many others.

Everyone that requests to be added to the waiting list is recorded on a waiting list sheet in contact order. When the next space or opportunity opens, even if we advertise the opportunity, we will first email everyone on the waiting list in contact order first. If you are next on the list, your place will be held for 24 hours after being contacted by email for you to confirm yes or no. If you do not have the budget at the point of the opportunity, you can remain on the waiting list for the next opportunity.
