NIMIT MALAVIA
Nimit Malavia is an award-winning illustrator, concept, storyboard, and comic book artist based in Toronto, Canada.
Nimit has worked on a number of high-profile projects spanning across multiple different industries, including album artwork for Sony’s, Shadow of the Colossus, The Last Guardian, and ABZU. Digital Extreme’s, Warframe 1999, Alien Isolation’ and Vampire Survivors. A large scale mural for Shopify’s headquarters, illustrations for GOOGLE, FX Networks, The Walrus, and LEGENDARY Entertainment, to name but a few.
Outside of illustration, Nimit is as a very in-demand storyboard artist, and has collaborated with world renowned directors in Advertising, Film, TV, and Music. Most notably having worked on Netflix’s, The Umbrella Academy and Code 8: Part 2. As well as for the Kpop group BTS at the United Nations, and Don’t Go Back by Sampha. Nimit has also developed concept/costume/character design work for A24, 20th Century Fox, Mercedes/Maybach, and UBISOFT.
Within the comic industry, Nimit is a regular cover artist for many major publishers including, DC Comics/Vertigo, Marvel Comics, BOOM! Studios, Darkhorse Comics, Image Comics, Skybound, and more. Having created main cover art on a number series, such as Vertigo’s Fables, House of Slaughter, Jim Henson’s Labyrinth, Dead Boy Detectives, Angel, and most recently, The New Gods for DC Comics.

When the next space or opportunity opens, even if we advertise the opportunity, we will first email everyone on the waiting list in contact order first. If you are next on the list, your place will be held for 24 hours after being contacted by email for you to confirm yes or no. If you do not have the budget at the point of the opportunity, you can remain on the waiting list for the next opportunity.
